You have decided to manage your medical office without assistance, nevertheless you would like to do so within a comfortable work environment and with a service worthy of the name.

We offer you to entrust us your telephone line on a full time basis or at certain times of the day – from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm without interruption from Monday to Friday – so that you can dedicate your entire time to your patients and your activity.

We can put you in direct relation with those of your patients who wish to speak to you directly or have talks with you by telephone, or process your calls, whichever way you wish us to do.

Thanks to an ADSL or a normal connection, you will be able to check your schedule in real time, add new appointments, send us an information request, have us confirm or change appointments or modify your specific or ongoing instructions.

You will receive by e-mail at the end of the workday a summary of the day’s activities with statistics and a form in order to let us know the important pieces of information.
