 Short term rental
Reserve an office or a boardroom through the TEAM SYSTEM or by telephone for an hour, half a day or a full day. The reception of your guests, drinks or coffee service and access to high speed Internet are included in our rates. These rental rates follow a sliding scale of charges after the fourth half-day rental in a single month.

Long term rental
Let your company prosper in an office located in a very safe and recently built office building with 24 hours a day access, reception space for your guests and underground parking. The lease for precarious renter includes a two months forfeit and a two months damage deposit.
 Our complete packages include the following services: rent, building charges, insurance, property tax, maintenance, electricity, heating, business address, availability of boardrooms and reception offices without extra charge, reception of your guests and telephone answering service with processing of fifty calls per calendar month from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm without interruption from Monday to Friday, access to TEAM SYSTEM, subscription and access to two telephone lines, access to high speed wireless ADSL (1024 K), access to our photocopiers and faxes and daily reception and forwarding of the mail.
